- 01Yes. For the majority of our residential mobile services, we require access to a standard electrical outlet and an exterior water spigot. If you live in an apartment, condo, or work in an office building without access to these utilities, please contact us prior to booking so we can discuss alternative arrangements.
- 02Our base prices cover standard to moderate wear and tear. However, exceptionally heavy pet hair, biological messes, or severe winter salt/calcium buildup will incur a $25+ heavy-duty fee. This covers the extra time and specialized chemicals required to safely restore your vehicle. We will always do a walkaround with you and confirm any extra fees before we begin working.
- 03To secure your appointment, a $50 deposit is required. If you book online, this is processed securely through our website. If you book by phone or text, we will request the $50 deposit via Interac e-Transfer to lock in your time slot. The remaining balance is due upon the completion of the job. We accept Interac e-Transfer or Cash for the final payment, and you only pay the balance when you are completely satisfied with the results.

- 05Yes, please. To ensure we can thoroughly clean every crevice and to protect your privacy, we ask that you remove all personal items, garbage, and valuables before our arrival. Important: For liability and safety reasons, we also require you to remove any child car seats. We are not certified to safely reinstall them.

- 07Yes, but with some strict conditions. We need explicit permission from your building management/strata to wash on-site. We also require access to an electrical outlet and a water source within 100 feet of where the vehicle is parked. If your underground garage lacks these, please contact us to discuss alternatives.
- 08Yes, but our winter operations have specific requirements. Mobile detailing in sub-zero temperatures requires access to an indoor, heated space (like a well-lit garage with drainage and utilities). If you do not have an indoor space during the freezing months, we will need to wait for a milder day to safely perform the service.
- 09While our deep extraction and steam cleaning methods are highly effective, some substances (like certain dyes, bleached spots, or years-old set-in stains) can permanently alter or dye the fabric. We promise to significantly improve the appearance and fully sanitize the area, but we cannot guarantee 100% removal of permanent fabric damage.
- 10We do not perform quick, 45-minute surface washes. We specialize in complete asset preservation. Our Interior Reset requires approximately 4 hours of meticulous labor, while our flagship Deep Cleaning (Total Transformation) takes up to 6 hours to execute a full interior and exterior decontamination. We block out exclusive half-day or full-day slots to ensure your vehicle receives uncompromising attention to detail.
