By booking a service with OtODP, the premier mobile detailer in Montreal, you agree to the following terms:

Montreal Weather Policy: 

Mobile detailing is weather-dependent. In the event of rain or extreme cold, OtODP reserves the right to reschedule to maintain quality standards.

Service Requirements:

The client must provide a safe workspace (driveway/private lot). Access to water and electricity is required unless a "Waterless/Self-Powered" package is booked.

Liability: 

A pre-service inspection is conducted on every vehicle. OtODP is not responsible for damage related to pre-existing conditions, such as oxidized paint or fragile interior components.
