Refund Policy
At OtODP, we provide a premium mobile car detailing service in Montreal that focuses on transformation. Because our work is labor-intensive, we utilize a "Satisfaction First" model.
Quality
We perform a final walk-through with every client. If you are not satisfied with the results, we will address the concern on the spot.
Cancellations
We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Since we travel to your location in Montreal, last-minute cancellations significantly impact our operations.
Refunds
Once a service is completed and approved by the client, we do not offer monetary refunds. We are committed to resolving any quality issues before we depart.
